Delivery, cancellation & privacy

Cancellation & refunds

  • More than 24 hours before delivery: full refund.
  • Within 24 hours: move to the next available date or receive store credit.
  • Once out for delivery: no change-of-mind cancellation.
  • Wrong quantity, non-delivery, damaged or unsealed packaging, or another material fulfillment error: replacement or refund. Please contact us within 24 hours; a photograph may be requested.
  • If we cannot fulfill your order, you choose a full refund or the next available delivery. We won’t move or credit an order without your agreement.
  • An incorrect address or missing access information may require another delivery charge.
  • After a frozen order is left, an SMS is sent, and a photograph is taken, delivery is considered complete. You are responsible for bringing it inside promptly.
  • This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot be limited by applicable law.

Privacy

The Judean Homestead collects the information entered on this page to process and deliver your order, verify payment, send order and delivery communications, provide customer support, maintain necessary business records, and understand how customers reach the website.

We do not request or store credit-card information. We will not add you to a promotional email or SMS list unless you separately choose to join one in the future.

Information may be processed by the service providers used for website hosting, email delivery, file storage, order records, analytics, and advertising measurement.

To understand how the website is used and how people reach it, we use Google Analytics for website-usage and traffic-source measurement and Meta tools to measure advertising performance. Microsoft Clarity may provide aggregated behavioral analytics, heatmaps, and masked session recordings; the order and status pages are masked so the details you enter are not captured. These nonessential tools load only in line with the choices you make in our privacy banner, and you can revisit those choices at any time using the Privacy choices link in the footer. Ordering and other necessary functions work whether or not you allow them.
